She took the time to review my complete medical history and spent a significant amount of time getting to know me and my health concerns. She immediately developed a personalized plan, ordered the necessary tests, and scheduled follow-ups. I felt truly listened to, cared for, and valued as a patient. The level of attention and detail Dr. Ortega provides is outstanding compared to most doctor visits, which can often feel rushed. Doctor Maylin Rivero Ortega in my opinion the best primary doctor in Naples, very profesional, friendly and always willing to solve your problem right there without transferring to another doctor. She always find time for you and answer your calls when you need it. Me and my husband experienced couple of treatment in the Medical Spa like hair laser removal and micro-needle with plasma and we are super happy, great results, and the best attention. They both are very dedicated and you feel very confortable. They treat you like a family. Place super clean and nicely decorated. Great location.
