Aside from the convenience of the “derm office” coming to my job, When you have people poking around your face and body skin with needles, pulling biopsy after biopsy and for me not to have a bit of anxiety because of how comfortable they made me feel with explaining every detail and action. I can say only because of the staff it was a delightful and pleasurable experience. The staff is awesome from checking in with Casandra, Lynsey and the Nurse Practitioner Annette, even James the mobile driver made himself available to help me down the stairs due to the need of an eventual hip replacement. Overall it was a tremendously good and excellent experience.

I got a punch biopsy in my arm at OnSpot. The doctor and medical assistant were very professional, kind and reassuring. One of the physician assistants even came in and offered some advice. The procedure was so quick and painless, the injection of anesthetic didn’t even pinch! Thank you very much OnSpot!

This was the most convenient way to get access to a health care provider to address an in explained rash. Efficient process, mobile facility was clean and the people I encountered at each step were nice, thorough in their explanations. Overall a great experience that I’d recommend to others.

Nick and the rest of the OnSpot Dermatology staff were very attentive, helpful, thorough, and really easy to work with. You know they care about you as a person right away. Easy process to make an appointment online, really happy to be a new patient!!
