Very happy with my first appt. Filled out the new patient indo online before, arrive 15 minutes early and was taken 5 minutes early. Received several reminder texts and an email before. Very nice waiting area as well as exam rooms.

Wonderful experience, I was able to fill out the paperwork on my cell phone before my appointment which is nice not to have to show up early to squiggle everything on paper with a clip board balancing on your lap. I checked in and within like 1-2 minutes they called me back to a very nice clean room, I changed again like a 1 minute wait for the Doctor (I was getting an annual skin check) Dr. Vivian Wong did my inspection, she was very thorough, professional, and informative. Her staff was also super friendly. I’m going back for a follow up and also to get a treatment for some red lines on my face. I would highly recommend.

My 2 surgical procedures went perfectly. Dr. Wassermann, PA Luis, nurse Vivian were outstanding and professional. They explained each step in advance, super knowledgeable during the procedure and quite detailed with post surgical guidance. Luis also followed up with post surgical calls to check up on progress and status.

I greatly recommend the practice. I’ve seen the PA, Renee, and she is lovely, very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. I’ve been to both locations and never waited a long time. The entire staff seems nice and professional.

My second visit to see Dr. Tremaine in just a few months. Total professional and digs into the issue. Took care of several issues expeditiously and walked out feeling great. The staff is fantastic. I put Dr. Tremaine against the best doctors in NY/NJ. She is a pro, excuse me for saying, a very lovely woman. She even went as far as to review my daughters teen acne issue with her colleague that saw my daughter a month or so ago. She’s in the details. And always gives you the time. Derms I know are usually focused on speed and turnover. Dr. Tremaine has a fervor for what she does and is a perfectionist. On a scale of 1-5 I rate a 6. If the appointment is far out. Book it.
