I've been going here (virtually and in-person) for almost 3 years. I've had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Sanders, and they've always made me feel comfortable and safe. I personally haven't had any issues regarding follow-up calls, and they've always communicated excellently!

I went here to try and keep the same physician who came here from a different practice.. I don't recommend them whatsoever.. They knew I was on Medicare had humana and am to pay 0 pay. They have called and left messages about a 65$ dollar missed appointment fee - bill for the past 8 months. They change there story about insurance being in network etc. I have no faith or trust and dealing with this practice.

We recently moved back to the area and got Colleen Dodson as our PCM. My family of 4 had our first appointment to establish care and we all had great experiences. The staff is kind, attentive and you feel welcomed. Colleen explains everything in a way it can be understood, she listens carefully so you don't feel rushed, and her view of care aligns with our own beliefs about wellness. I had a follow up with her recently and it felt great to have a care provider that truly listens and takes into consideration your input. I like doing my own research so it was great not to receive a condescending attitude. I felt like I was working as a team with her to devise a plan that took into consideration her expertise and some of my input/desires. Thank you to all at Seaside Wellness because I truly feel we are in the best care around!

As a policyholder (and not a patient) im reviewing the financial interaction with this medical office. The complete lack of continuity, professionalism, and accurate record keeping in the records and billing department is atrocious. Inaccurate billing of insurance and relying on an unreliable outside contractor is leading to outrageously inaccurate bills 6+ months later. The online portal to register is wholly unoptimized-- a single text box to fill in multiple bits of information regarding policy holder details. If they can't get this basic organization right, is it even secure? I don't have any assurance that what should happen, will happen in regard to accurate billing insurance, or even keeping records of what was paid in-person. If you value your time and sanity, at this time, I recommend staying away from this practice due to the inaccurate and shoddy record keeping, the wildly inaccurate billing practices, and questionable digital portal data integration.

I can not say enough wonderful words about every person who shows up and helps. Everyone is smiling, very kind and understanding, and always willing to listen. I am always able to reach them and would not change my doctor for the world. Thank you for your huge hearts and smiles.
