Hope you don’t have any kind of prescription even a simple cream requires an office visit every six months. I had this same script with another provider for ten years never had to go in. Who has time to go to every specialist every 6 months. You whole life will be doctors appointments

Staff was great. Office clean. Dr Bethea was not attentive nor did he seem to care. I was absolutely mortified by how I was manhandled while standing nearly naked in the middle of the exam room floor getting what they call a 'full skin check'. No exam bed. Just a chair. The Dr made me feel like I was an inconvenience. While checking me for cancer (I have a history of squamous cell sarcoma) hauled at my underwear, again while standing in the middle of the floor, and half heartedly 'examined' my skin. No time spent discussing my history or what I may want to do about the condition of my skin. No treatment plan or rapport building at all. I will not be returning after how the Dr treated me. I've had proper skin exams for decades. This place is not giving the quality exams that must be done for high risk patients. I just moved to the area and I will look elsewhere for better care. People deserve better care than what I was provided by the Dr here at this office. The 3 stars are for the staff. The parking is terrible!

Trying to schedule the appointment with customer service was so painful and long. And she was so rude. I ended up telling her I’ll just go somewhere else.
