After trying other providers in the past, only Dr. Alvarez has been able to achieve the precise, feminine look I was going for. His technique is truly exceptional, and his talent speaks for itself in the results. Not only did my treatments turn out flawlessly, but the entire experience was also 100% painless—I didn’t feel a thing, and I had zero bruising. Dr. Alvarez has mastered his craft! Beyond the outstanding results, the entire team at Pler North Miami made my visit so pleasant. Linda and Camilla were incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. They made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for top tier aesthetics with natural, beautiful results, I highly recommend Dr. Joan Alvarez and his team!!

My experience with this clinic has been 5 stars, their customer service is on point, from the moment I called, to the service provided. The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel as comfortable as possible, to put your trust in them with any of their services. Very friendly and professional team. I would recommend checking it out. Helena was great, she made sure I felt very comfortable during the process and she's a true representative of the clinic. She's a pro on what she does.

I just started doing laser hair removal and was super nervous at first but Yesenia is amazing. She was so calming and did an amazing job. I’m am looking forward to finishing this laser journey and couldn’t have chosen a better place for the job. It’s one thing to get a treatment feeling extremely comfortable and calm in throughout the entire experience made it even better. Also the results have been miraculous so far. Definitely 10/10 would recommend

Great first experience today Linda & the Dr were very kind and helpful , I learned about services I had always been interested in & didn’t feel pressured to do immediately. Plus good coffee :)
