Wow, Amazing Plastic Surgeon. Recently I had arm lift surgery (brachioplasty) with Dr. Evertsen. All I can say is what an incredible experience. Dr. Evertsen did an AMAZING job for me. I am so thankful for meeting him and I highly would recommend Dr. Evertsen to my Family and Friends. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you !

I rarely rate 5stars as there is always room for improvement. However, everything regarding my 1st visit was excellent! Stacy taking new pt info/scheduling was so sweet! Check in was flawless. Yes, did have to wait about 20mins past appt time (no big deal.) Jessica was my dr asst. Couldn’t have asked for anyone more sweet! And i loved my new dr, Dr Foss! Both made me feel so comfortable, listened and so attentive! It took me YRS in the area to find a good derm. I really liked my last, but she relocated. I was afraid i would have to jump around again. But i feel i lucked out and in great hands! They immediately also scheduled me for a plastics consult for revision that has been bothering me for two yrs. So thx u to the dr and entire staff! Loved this place until Dr. Reisinger left. I was scheduled to see Tamara Porter on 7/17/24. My appointment was at 11:30. I got there at 11:00. After sitting and waiting for an hour I decided to leave! If you can't schedule your appointments better than that you should not be in a practice! Not to mention trying to contact them by phone, put on hold for 30 min., when i was trying to return a call they had made to me! Very frustrating and a huge waste of my time! Will not return to Luminary dermatology. I now know why Dr. Reisinger has left this practice!!!

1 star - availability: I scheduled appointment for the next day 2 star - professionalism: doctor made everything fast and painless. Without any additional unnecessary procedures. 3 star - price: affordable price I took of two stars: 1 - for the long waiting time (more than 1 hour) 2 - even though I completed the form at registration desk, they asked me the same questions in a doctor’s room.

Patients beware! I was a patient with Luminary at Bobcat Village location for 2 years. I scheduled a routine checkup 6 months ago. I was not made aware my doctor left the practice in back in March. When I showed up for my appointment this morning they set me up with a different doctor. When I asked why I wasn't notified, I was told since my doctor was an "employee" of LD, and they (Dr. Dunn/ practice manager) did not need to tell me. To add insult to injury, the doctor they switched me to, his flight was delayed and he was not going to be in today.
