Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Ocala

Advance dermatology was recommended to me by my sister. When I called I I expected to have to wait weeks for an appointment but to my surprise I got one the next day for myself and my husband. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Everyone was professional and friendly.

I have been going to Advanced Dermatology for several years. Because I grew up in the Miami sun, and am fair skinned, I go for a yearly full body check. Sheila is awesome! She is very professional and kind. I feel completely at ease. Would highly recommend Advanced Dermatology!

Excellent experience. The entire office was friendly. I saw Sheila for an annual body scan and was absolutely fantastic. She explained what she was doing clearly and in a very caring manner. She was so kind and had a great personality. I highly recommend her.

Have been a patient of Sheilas for a number of years. Because of her early detection and treatment my skin cancer has been limited to basal cell and not something more serious. Sheila has a great personality and always makes me feel comfortable during exams or treatment. Highly recommend Sheila, she is the best. Entire staff is friendly and professional.

I am not familiar with seeing a dermatologist so do not know how to compare this office. It was easy checking in and out and my wait was short. I noticed they can translate their English on an app. Which was cool to see them conversing with a patient in Spanish. I have some confusion about what method to use for payment since being threatened with surcharges. After writing a check, I think I decided on my debit card for next visit. Office staff is pleasant enough, but seems busy and distracted, with their duties, from welcoming you. I have not seen an actual dermatologist, but they were knowledgeable and helped me gain control of my skin problem. There are male and female PA’s. There is Handicap parking, but not sure if their door is automatic. Plan to return for another follow up next year.
