Been going for a year now and really appreciate the entire staff! Reception always looking to ensure I get my points/discounts - an entire research project went into seeking additional discount on one occasion. My treatments turn out wonderfully and I always feel pampered as I'm always treated so well. Heather always refers back to previous conversations and really is concerned about me liking the outcome every time, I never feel rushed in/out.

Today, I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the Glacial Facial at Dermalase, and it was nothing short of perfection! Amanda Hall and her incredible team provided an experience that was relaxing, informative, and rejuvenating from start to finish. Not only did they explain every step of the latest glacial facial technology, but they also made the entire process so enjoyable. My skin feels younger, healthier, and better than it has in years! I spent @220$ on one session of picosure laser for tattoo removal of two lines on my collarbone. Literally it did nothing at all to the tattoo. It didn’t even remove any pigment from the single freckle that was just above the tattoo that I asked her to hit. I’ve had a few different types of laser treatments at different places… even a much cheaper IPl laser would, and has, done more removing pigment from my freckles and sun spots. So idk about their “cutting edge” pigment seeking laser technology. As for the tattoo, I’ve literally never seen nothing happen after a removal session. Mine is just simple writing. When I called and sent pictures after a few months they offered me half off the next treatment, suggested it takes 4 months to lighten, and kind of just talked down to me. So just a heads up for anyone considering tattoo removal. It was 100% ineffective for me. I would def not go here for anything else after this experience.

I make appointment today at 4.30pm but I show up 3.30pm. And the receipt ask me fill the paperwork I don't know how and they don't want to help. Because I'm from another country and they think I don't have enough money to treat myself. And this is very important I drive from Orlando to Ocala
