If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would—10 stars would be more fitting! My experience at Ocala Plastic Surgery was nothing short of incredible. Dr. Montgomery is a true professional, not only skilled in surgery but genuinely caring, making sure I was informed every step of the way. That level of care is rare in any medical setting today. A special shout-out to Maree and Heaven, who went above and beyond. Honestly, I’ve never felt so well cared for as I did by these two. We even sang Toby Keith’s greatest hits together during the lengthy procedure—yes, even Dr. Montgomery joined in! They were attentive, comforting, and so much fun, even walking me to my car at the end of the day. I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but the care and attention I received from this exceptional team simply had to be acknowledged. To top it all off, I got a follow-up call today (Christmas Eve!) just to check in on me. These amazing people are working hard to help others, even during the holidays, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. Thank you to Dr. Montgomery, Maree, Heaven, and the whole team for making this experience unforgettable!

It took me 20 years and several other consults (in and out of town) before I chose my doctor. Dr. Nijher, Arlene and his staff and team are truly the BEST and so amazing. I couldn't be happier with my results, experience and choice. From the moment they walk in to welcome you, to the emails, calls and genuine care, they make you feel as if you are their only patient and to top it off, your results...... My 10 year daughter had an ear lobe repair & re-piercing after an earring ripped out of her ear. Dr. Nijher was amazing with her & the results were perfect! The staff from start to finish were helpful & put my daughter at ease through the whole process. Would absolutely recommend!

It’s taken me a few years to write this due to the trauma I endured with this process. Without getting into detail. I got a massive infection and almost lost my life. Prior to the horrific way I found out about this bad infection, I went to Dr Rogers on many occasions l, for a month, describing my symptoms. He brushed them off and dismissed what I was telling him. Finally my husband said he was going to take me to the hospital. Dr Rogers insisted he didn’t and that anything should be taken care of in outpatient before going there. That night, my incision opened up and I started to bleed out. I went to the hospital and they described how bad the infection was. I had a blood transfusion, broad spectrum antibiotics and a week in the hospital. When I spoke to the doctor on call, she stated all this could have been avoided if the doctor would have just prescribed an antibiotic, when the symptoms were brought to the doctors attention. To date I have had other issues that have followed. To date I have never received an apology for his lack of care. When I went for my follow up from the hospital, he scolded me for going to the hospital. Let’s just say, had I of not gone, I might not be here. This is just part of the story but thought I would share. I hope this helps someone making a life changing choice of their own.
