Absolutely love this location.. I have always felt like family when I call in to book and when I arrive for my appointment. I enjoy arriving a little early to enjoy the massage chairs. I have always seen Nicole and she is super knowledgeable. She answered all my questions when it came for botox and the lip flip. I joined on a membership for future savings on services and so glad I did. Thanks Nicole and the staff for making me feel and look better!

I have been a member of Couture Med Spa for over 10 years now. The experience keeps getting better and better. The staff is top notch. The providers that perform the treatments and the front desk are amazing! I attend the Ocoee location and it is always nice seeing their smiling faces. If you’re unsure or hesitant about trying Couture Med Spa out. Try it they will make you feel right at home.

The staff was so kind and made me feel right at home ! My NP Nicole was so patient and explained the process and follow up for filler so well! I decided to get the empower membership and can’t wait to see my results with the IPL and fractional lasers !!!

Update: very next day after review. I got a call and was left with a voicemail. I tried to talk to the manager could not get a hold of them and was told client relations can help me. No thank you. If the owner/manager on duty can’t even take the 2 mins of time to listen I don’t want business with you. All the extra attitude on the phone was not necessary. And to try and say it wasn’t gossip after to heard every word is an absolute joke. You don’t care about your clients and it’s very clear. I wish I could give this place a zero. I visited Contour Med Spa 5X and unfortunately seem to continue to have a very negative experience. the aftercare instructions were unclear and poorly communicated, which left me feeling uncertain about how to properly care for my skin post-treatment. Additionally, I overheard the receptionist gossiping about a customer who was asking legitimate questions about their membership. This was not only unprofessional but made me uncomfortable in what should have been a relaxing environment. There is always a complete lack of hospitality, and communication was severely lacking throughout my visit. On top of that, seems that the staff are not properly trained, which resulted in confusion and a less-than-ideal experience overall. I expected much more from a place like this, and I won’t be returning. And I will make sure everyone knows of my experiences here.

This was my first time getting any medical procedures done and Emily was fantastic! She was super patient and kind. She walked me through the different services and answered all the questions I had. Nicole was the practitioner and she was also great! Thank you ladies!
