No line no wait when I got there. The MA was very informative the entire prepping process. The doctor came on and he alerted me as to what was about to happen, step by step. The doctor Norte process was not painful at all. Doctor Robert Brown, you and your staff Rocks!!!

Booking an appointment was easy with many available options. We were seen on time with no waiting involved. Our PA, Mike Perry, was helpful, kind, and very informative. Truly one of the best experiences with a doctor’s office I’ve ever had.

Professional and attentive staff. Always attempt to work around your schedule. Dr's. are concerned, knowledgeable and take time to explain your case and answer all questions until you are satisfied.

Absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!!!!! First, I had to wait an hour past my appointment time. Front desk staff were extremely unprofessional and rude! The place was dirty and rooms were poorly kept! Then once I finally got in to see the doctor, I explained my issue to her which has been going on for a month now, and she crossed her arms while telling me there’s nothing she can do. She didn’t exam me or anything. When I showed her the areas that were currently flared, she said “I can’t do anything unless it’s actively there” which is when I pointed to where you could clearly see the raised flared rash, and she still repeated the same thing and said “ I don’t know what to tell you. I can do anything unless it’s an active rash”. I haven’t been this upset or felt this disregarded so much by a medical establishment!! Awful place!!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Advanced Dermatology, specifically the front desk staff and Dr Kristy Schweighardt. She's very supportive and knowledgeable. I've been dealing with Keloids for quite some time and of all the Dermatologists I've had , she's the ONLY ONE who has helped them resolved fairly quickly.
