Been coming to Dr. Sarah and her staff for many years for my mom. They have always been kind, wonderful, loving and giving. They are an amazing team of good people, and for that We are very grateful!

A good friend recommended this specific location because she has had excellent here with Shaunte Wilks, PA. I confirmed that they accept my insurance and scheduled an appointment. While I received great care from Shaunte and the nursing assistant, I am frustrated with the billing department and the office staff. I was advised the office accepted my insurance. During the checkout from my visit, I was advised I had met my deductible and owed nothing. And then, I received a claim denial from my insurance, saying they were not in network. Why would I book an appointment with a facility that was not in network? The office told me they accepted Cigna and NEVER mentioned that there are Cigna plans they do not accept, nor did they offer to check my specific plan. So when I contacted the billing department to discuss this, they told me they could offer me a discount, but I would still have a balance of $105. While that was gracious of them, I would never have scheduled a skin check appointment that took less than 5 minutes to pay $100. I had already met my deductible for the year. Calling the billing department and expressing my frustration resulted in not even an apology for my experience. I recognize that customer service jobs are frustrating and overwhelming, but someone’s error resulted in me having to pay for something I was not planning on spending. Please. take matters into your own hands and verify your own benefits and don’t always trust the office. I DO wish they took my insurance, because Shaunte was great — amazing energy, upbeat attitude, knowledgeable and personable. I wish I could return to her, but alas.

The front desk scheduled me for an appointment on a day when the doctor was not there. Forget about getting direct responses from nursing staff. Call number on website, not sure if it goes to call center. Transferred all over the place. Forget about speaking to front office if you leave a message. Forget about receiving medical records. Been trying for over a month to get them. Now with that being said ...good luck if you decide to patronize this business.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Dominguez during my recent dermatology check-up! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel safe and welcomed. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which put me completely at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Dominguez for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dermatologist.

Terrible customer service! Also, unfortunately, I had to self-pay because they are not in my insurance network. They charged me $393 for a consultation that lasted less than 10 minutes. The doctor barely checked my skin, I had to point out spots that he missed because was cleary in a rush. I paid for a full skin exam and he only checked my arms and my back. I Left the office with the same amount of information I had when I got there, NONE! The front desk lady got very irritated because I kept asking for an explanation for the super high cost; she could not explain and asked for help from someone else. Horrible service! I left with a feeling that I got scammed, I will never come back!
