I’ve been seeing Sarah Siak for my skincare needs, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Sarah takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explains my treatment options. Her professionalism and expertise makes me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I've seen great results, and I truly appreciate the personalized care I receive. Highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring person to assist them with their skincare needs!

First and last time visiting. Less than satisfactory experience. Waited two months for this appointment, and when I made the appointment I clearly specified that my concerns were skin and hair-related. When I arrived, the receptionist casually announced to all in the waiting room that the Doctor was running 30 minutes behind and that our options were to wait or reschedule. This was poor time management and a total disregard for people's time. After waiting two months, taking time off work, and driving almost 45 minutes to attend this appointment, I could not just simply reschedule. When I was called on to visit with the Doctor, her assistant did a brief intake and asked me what my concerns were, I mentioned skin and hair. To which she informs me that the Doctor does not address both in one visit, "the doctor prefers to schedule hair and skin consultations apart (two separate visits) to take her time and today she is running 30 minutes behind". Again, when I called to schedule I was clear what my concerns were and the intention of my visit, never once was I informed of the doctor's preferences or having to schedule multiple visits. The Dr. finally came in and was nice, but clearly, she was rushing as she was under time constraints. I did not feel that the skin check was thorough and felt like she was just trying to sell me products. I would not recommend this dermatologist's office to anyone and certainly have no desire to return. I understand that sometimes things happen, and we run late but I doubt the doctor's office would be so understanding if I arrived 30 minutes behind, especially when they charge for cancellations.

Waited months for my daughters appointment only for the doctor to not even look at her scalp or my concerns. She even assumed that I put extensions in my daughters hair (very racist since we are a mixed race) during the visit and I had to correct her to let her know my daughter has never worn extensions so that wouldn’t even be apart of the issue. That type of comment would’ve never been made had it been an Asian or Caucasian child. Very unprofessional. Also, they asked for my pharmacy info and I specified that any prescriptions would need to be mailed only for them to choose a random pharmacy and totally disregard my request for the prescription to be mailed as we don’t have transportation currently. A prescription that was already provided by the primary care doctor as we waited months on an appointment with them. Definitely going to see if my daughter can get seen at the VA with me because they actually listen to and observe their patients concerns.

I went to see Mr. Daniel Hendrick on September 11th because I am losing hair like crazy. Mr. Hendrick checked my scalp and ordered lab work to determine if I am lacking a vitamin and start a treatment. I have called the office and have left messages to Mr. Hendrick, once with the Baldwin Park office and also at the Lake Nona office as he moved to that location. As of today, I have not heard from anybody as to the results of the lab work. I received the results of from Labcorp, therefore I am assuming they also have the results and I do not understand why I do not get a call back from Advanced Dermatology. Totally unacceptable.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been trying to contact this office for over week and I have never tried so hard in my life to contact a business with absolutely zero help from their staff. I've left messages over the phone, messages on their portal, messages with the office staff for the nurses and doctors. Zero responses. I was supposed to get medication over a week ago. Nothing in my chart and no communication to understand the next step. I've spent hundreds of dollars up to this point and they have been no help. Now I have to entirely restart the process and pay for additional office visits if I still want the medication. I will not be going to this practice anymore. If you need prompt help and responsiveness from a doctors office, this is not the place for you.
