Camila Yepes, PA-C

Prior to arriving for this new patient appointment (from ZocDoc), I was contacted 3x to take an earlier appointment with Camila Yepes (I guess people cancel often and/or they overbook). On the day of my appointment, I drove an hour roundtrip to/from this office and waited over 50 minutes to be seen (then decided to leave without being seen). The receptionist had me fill out multiple forms (some redundant) which were not sent ahead of time. After about twenty minutes, I was taken to a room where I explained to the assistant the reason for my visit and questions I had. Then I was left there for about a half hour. When I came back of to the receptionist counter to say that it was taking too long to be seen by Camila Yepes, they offered no apology. When I asked for my file to be deleted, I was told my information can't be deleted, the account can only be deactivated and that it was "done". When I asked for confirmation of this deactivation, she told me she's never had to do that before. Overall, I get the impression this office lacks transparency, thorough communication, and respect for people's time/privacy.

I've had great experiences with Camila Yepes since day one. She's able to figure out what's wrong and help you treat it, she knows and is good at what she does!

I just relocated from miami to Orlando and had to look for dermatologist. I came across Camila Yepes and staff, they were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely returning to their office Thanks for your help today. You guys were great!!
