I am very disappointed with Dr Burnett. I went in for an annual exam & to check a wart I had on my finger & was seen previously by 2 other Dr in the same group. She is very rude talks bad about other doctors. She never did my exam only took care of the wart. She said she didn’t have time & I need to come back. She didn’t have time for me as I had a scheduled appointment the reason why she was too busy talking with a sales representative not just business but personal stuff. She told me to start taking an antibiotic on Thursday that is was VERY important but as of today (Monday) she still hasn’t called it in after I called Friday then 3 times today!!

Attitude reflects leadership! I’ve been going here for 3 years now and here is my honest opinion. When my regular NP Sarah was on maternity leave my husband and I had the owner, Dr. Gutierrez see us. He can be very harsh with his approach but I believe he really does care because every doctor and surgeon I’ve seen at this place is phenomenal and gives the utmost best in care. I believe Dr. Gutierrez’s harsh way of speaking to people is why the nurses and front desk staff are hit and miss with their bad attitudes. I’ve had really good nurses and some that were extremely rude. So if you can handle the rudeness of those that don’t really have anything to do with your health to get good, quality doctors that truly care and listen, this is your place! And I pray Dr. Gutierrez can change his attitude and approach with patients and his staff so Mid Florida Dermatology can be its absolute best! He really has surrounded himself with excellent doctors and this is probably the only thing making him so successful. Attitude reflects leadership.

!!PATIENTS BEWARE!!! I had a terrible experience at this doctor’s office, the Gore Street location. The receptionist (did not get her name) at the front desk was very rude and provided misleading information. First, she requested I provide a referral with insurance codes for my appointment (which I later learned from corporate is not information available to the general public). She said I needed to drive to their main office in Ashley to request this in person. That office responded that the general public does not even have access to their building. The woman then mentioned she would reschedule me for an appointment in the future since my intake took too long (even though I was nearly half hour early). The front desk person marked as if I had been seen by a doctor/specialist in my insurance. I WAS NOT seen by anyone, had only spoken to her at the reception area. IS THAT EVEN LEGAL? The corporate office did not understand why the front desk was giving this information and the entire incident was reported to their Mid Florida Dermatology Corporate Office and my health insurance. Cannot in good conscience ever recommend this place.

Dr Christopher Savage Is the Best dermatologist surgeon I have been to . He has removed multiple skin cancers perfectly- with no pain . He is dedicated to helping his patients. I am very grateful for his care .

The receptionist who makes the appointments is really rude and miserable. When I came for my appointment I didn’t speak to an actual dermatologist I spoke to some nurse, which didn’t really care about my situation. She was rushing my appointment and I really felt that this woman thought she was better than me because that’s how she made me feel. It was not a welcoming experience but I came here regardless of the reviews or rude receptionist because every single dermatologist place I look into also has a really bad rating. Wasn’t the experience that I hoped for and I was excited for no reason, I’d advise you to look for a better office to waste money at.
