Great staff. Dr. Poris was very reassuring and calming prior to surgery. She took great care during surgery. After surgery she was extremely accessible and responsive. She not just do what my wife wanted, she advised and did what was best for my wife’s health. Dr. Poris is great(and she has the coolest Dr office in Orlando).

Dr. Poris and the practice are great. If you want it done right, definitely have a woman work on you. It was refreshing to not have a male surgeon making bodily modifications on me. She is skilled, uplifting and a great eye! I'm all in for her!

I would describe my experience with Dr. Poris and all of the women in her practice as amazing. From the first phone call for consultation to follow up appointments after my reduction, everyone made me feel comfortable and confident about my self and my procedure. Mallory and Wendy were key to making my experience the best it could be. Dr. Poris is obviously well educated, very knowledgeable and professional. Notably, she is also very invested in her patients displaying nothing but true caring and kindness every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Poris.

*4 month post-op update Recovery has been such a smooth process and I am so unbelievably happy with my results. Dr. Poris removed a mind-boggling amount of tissue and got me down to a bra size I had only ever dreamed of being. The only “complication” I had was discovering that I might be allergic to something in the antibiotic ointment, but that was definitely not Dr. Poris’s fault! The scar therapy system that they gave me has been working wonderfully and my scars have already lost some color compared to 3 months ago. I absolutely stand by my original review: I can’t recommend Dr. Poris and her team enough!!* I literally can’t say enough great things about Dr. Poris and her team. From the beginning they were all so friendly and positive (and the office is so cute!), which made the experience so much better. In the best way possible, none of this experience has felt clinical at all because of how kind the team is and how excited they were for me to get this surgery. They made sure I had all of the information I needed to make my decision to proceed with my breast reduction, and then made sure I was ready to go for the actual event and recovery. Surgery is never fun, but Dr. Poris and the team at Advent did such a fantastic job that I am feeling so much better than I expected to be on only Day 3 post-op. I can only speak specifically for my experience with the breast reduction process, but I’m comfortable recommending Dr. Poris and her team for any procedure or treatment they offer.
