Mid Florida Dermatology & Plastic Surgery

I have been trying to reach their office for 3 months and wasn't able to get through until today. They have very long wait times to get through on the phone and we asked for a spanish-speaking person but she never called us back. They need to handle clients' concerns better and more efficiently.

The wait time is absurd. Over an hour and half wait time the last 2 appointment's. They even tell you at the front desk bring a book and a snack because the wait time can be up to 2 hours long. They overbook. I find this very unprofessional. I will not come back.

Visit was quick and smooth. Kelsey was great and knowledgeable.

Left without being seen after waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time. I understand delays happen, but it's really just absurd to expect a patient to wait that long.

I was referred here by my GP and I read the reviews. All I can say is everyone was telling the truth about how nice and thorough the staff are here, particularly Adelaide! She is so sweet and personable and truly makes you feel heard and valued!
