I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hass for over 20 years, utilizing his expertise in Botox, laser treatments, and various other cosmetic procedures. His skill and dedication have always exceeded my expectations. Last year, Dr. Kandace performed a mommy makeover for me after I had four children, and the results were phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Additionally, Ashley and Hillary have been fantastic with my Halo and BBL treatments. The entire staff is not only professional but also incredibly caring. They truly make you feel valued and understood. **Terrible Experience with Hass Plastic Surgery - Beware!** I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Hass Plastic Surgery & MedSpa & the misfortune of choosing Hass Plastic Surgery for liposuction particularly with Dr. Brian Hass. It was a nightmare from start to finish. I went in for a liposuction procedure, guaranteed and promised excellent results. From the very beginning, they assured me that I was the perfect candidate and that the results would be exactly what I desired. Unfortunately, this couldn't have been further from the truth. The outcome was nothing like what was guaranteed. Instead of addressing my concerns and taking responsibility, Dr. Brian Hass had the audacity to gaslight me, making it seem like the disastrous results were somehow my fault. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, what I got was a botched job that left one side of my face completely different from the other. It's an embarrassment and a constant reminder of their incompetence. I was assured that any necessary revisions would be handled free of charge. However, when I approached them to fix the glaring asymmetry, they sent me a quote that was nearly the same price as the initial surgery. This is not only unprofessional but also a blatant display of their lack of integrity and willingness to stand behind their work. To add insult to injury, Dr. Brian Hass is the rudest, unprofessional, most condescending, and disrespectful doctor I have ever encountered. His arrogance knows no bounds. My 4th and last follow-up visit was with Dr. Brian Hass whom I had never met before until today. He was consistently disrespectful, dismissive, and arrogant. At one point, he even told me to be quiet when I tried to express my concerns, which is incredibly disrespectful and demeaning. During our consultation, he repeatedly asked me the same question, expecting a different answer, simply because he did not like that I was unhappy with the results. When I tried to explain my dissatisfaction, he rudely told me to stop interrupting him. His pompous attitude made it impossible to have a constructive conversation, and I had to leave his office in utter frustration. Now, I am left with no choice but to seek out a qualified plastic surgeon to fix the mistakes made by Hass Plastic Surgery. Save yourself the time, money, and emotional distress—avoid this place at all costs. Their promises are empty, their work is subpar, and their lack of care is atrocious. After the initial surgery, I was assured that any issues would be corrected free of charge. However, when the results were clearly not as promised, they turned around and tried to charge me again for the correction. This is beyond unacceptable and shows a total lack of integrity. The follow-up visits were a colossal waste of time, especially since I run a business and can't afford to have my time wasted. By the fourth follow-up, which was completely unnecessary, the owner of the office decided to show his true colors. He was condescending, rude, and disrespectful, displaying an arrogant attitude that was infuriating. At one point, he even told me to be quiet and not to interrupt him, which is no way to treat a paying customer, let alone someone who's been wronged by their services. I strongly advise anyone considering Hass Plastic Surgery to look elsewhere. Their unprofessional behavior, coupled with their inability to deliver on promises, makes them a terrible choice for any plastic surgery needs. Save yourself the grief and find a practice that actually cares about their patients and stands by their work. I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid this practice at all costs. The lack of professionalism, the failure to deliver on promises, and the appalling treatment of patients make this practice a nightmare. Save yourself the heartbreak and choose a surgeon who actually cares about their patients and their results.

Dr. Hass and the practice are amazing! The collection of doctors and employees are nothing but the best in the palm beach area. After a few months have gone by working for this practice and for the Hass’s I have realized how high in demand the practice is. Which to me speaks volumes. I am proud to be apart of such an amazing team which such a big reputation in the plastic industry. Can’t wait to continue building confidence to the patients we serve.

I had my facelift done with Dr. Brian Hass several years ago and have had several procedures since then. Dr. B is awesome as he always spends time with me and explains everything in detail.
