I can’t say enough good things about Michelle and the staff here. I’ve been getting laser treatments with her for a few years now and my skin has never looked and felt better. I truly never thought I could trust someone with my face like I do with her. She is always recommending treatments that will better help my type of skin and addresses any questions I have. She is extremely knowledgeable in this field, as she has been doing this for a while. She takes the time to listen to me & recommends good products that will work with my end goal of how I’d like my skin to look. She has a very laid-back but professional approach that makes me feel very welcome when I walk into the office. I appreciate how clean this office is and they truly do take precautions to sanitize and keep everything as clean as possible. It is truly a luxurious upscale office and the beautiful gardens area. Dr. Mark Murphy and his entire staff at Palm Beach Facial Plastic Surgery is the ONLY place I would consider for the face . From the thorough phone call by with Tiffany, his coordinator , to the initial consultation with Dr. Murphy , the experience was extraordinary . Tiffany knows the questions to ask to make sure a patient would be a good fit. After about an hour of going over medical history and answering all of my questions , we went forward with the consultation with Dr. Murphy. The office is esthetically gorgeous. The staff, from the front desk to the nurses , are beautiful, kind , hospitable and knowledgeable. When I first met Dr. Murphy in his office along with Tiffany , his coordinator , it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Murphy has a very refreshingly kind and compassionate bedside manner . That seems to be unusual in this industry . He is clearly an artist with an eye for detail , symmetry and beauty . He listened to my concerns about my face , while understanding what I would expect and how realistic those goals were. He has an extremely natural approach which sets him apart from that typical “ Florida facelift “ look I call it. He studies your natural beauty and shares his vision to restore you back to the beautiful youthful you! I felt incredibly comfortable with him from the first time I met him and his staff. I looked forward , counted the days down until my surgery . I was so at peace when I went in . The care of the nurse the first night at the hotel was exactly what I needed, and the rest of the recovery was easy. The best part of course, is the result . He took a good 15-20 years off my face and restored me to that confident beautiful woman I was years ago. I feel amazing but I still feel like me! Isn’t that what every woman wants ? Thank you Dr. Murphy for the entire experience ! I would not let anyone else touch my face ! Dr. Murphy is in a different category then the rest . I cannot say enough about him and his staff! Dr. Mark Murphy is an exceptionally talented surgeon who delivers natural yet stunning results. I am 5 months post-op and absolutely thrilled with the more youthful, refreshed, and glowing version of myself I see in the mirror. I am 53 and had a brow lift, upper and lower eyes, face/neck left, rhinoplasty, lip flip, chin implant, fat transfer and CO2 laser, all with very natural looking results. You would never know that I had any work done—see photo below taken 2 months after surgery. Not only is Dr. Murphy a master of his craft, he is also highly personable, caring and compassionate. The office is beautiful and very well run with the precision and professionalism you would expect from a top-tier practice. Selecting a surgeon you trust completely with your face is a HUGE decision.
