I couldn't be more happier with my cut and color and the same with my daughter. I believe we got the best care we have ever gotten from any salon from Serge. We felt welcome and I loved hearing his ideas about styling and coloring my hair. it turned out great!

Was in town on vacation and decided to get a full head of highlights, because, well, I never have that kind of time at home. Once I sat in the chair, I thought to myself, "what are you doing? Getting color out of town at a place you've never been before?" Thankfully, he was meticulous and seemed to know what I wanted, and it came out great. As good as my New York salon and half the price. Wish I lived closer. He is definitely a unique hairdresser, very confident and a conversationalist. The salon itself has a lot of character, not a cookie cutter hair salon by any means!

I’ve been coming to Versacchi for the last 5 years. I have dark roots, so it takes a real professional to lift the color up via highlights. Janira is my go to girl for color, cut and styling :) She is great at explaining everything and educating about different products. The products, they use, are amazing. My hair always looks and feels great weeks later after my visit. Great atmosphere as well!

I went in to have him lighten my hair. After 3 hours and 2 upcharges later, my hair was the same color and was told it would lighten after I washed it a few times with a $30 bottle of shampoo he insisted I needed. So I paid $250 to sit with my stylist for 3 hours only to leave with the exact same hair color. I was very disappointed to say the least and was completely ripped off.

The most vibrant color I ever received was in Versace Studio. Not only Serge fixed what was done at other "5 star" salon, he also used Balayage technique, which made my face glow like in my 20's - I LOVE TO SEE & TOUCH MY HAIR AGAIN! By the way, my sister got her extensions done there ( some new way with links) and that was a success! 3 months later -all extensions are in, color is not faded, complements every day! Bravo!
