Editing my review. My co-worker's wife used to work there and she heard about my experience. She talked to someone she knew who still works there. My co-worker told me I would have replacement lenses. I was a bit skeptical because I never heard anything from them. On January 2nd, I received a text message that I have something for pick-up. I called just to make sure and they said if I receive a text, then there is something for me. I went ahead to pick-up the following day. They were nice to me. Except for the long wait because there were only 3 staff available, everything went well. My only concern is: what about those who do not know anybody? -end of my edited review. My first experience was good in March, with the eye check-up and purchasing my glasses. But I am so disappointed with the craftsmanship of my glasses. I chose the scratch-resistant one with the anti-glare in a nice pair of Costa's. I got a bifocal one and it does not help me a lot in my reading so I stick to my blue light glasses and very seldom use my prescription one. I got my glasses in April and barely used it. I always keep it inside the bag that's inside the case but somehow it got scratched. I called their office about this and was asked to come in. When I did, I was told that they could not do anything about it because my insurance would not cover it and showed me the paper that I declined paying $30.00 for the replacement. I told the lady that has nothing to do with my insurance company because it is their craftmanship that was below par. I even told her I had a 4-year-old pair that I throw around everywhere and never got scratched while this one is always kept safe and it got scratched right away and she told me nothing is really scratch proof as I was throwing my glasses everywhere. I told her that's not what I said. She was not paying attention to what I was saying. I told her Wal-mart has better warranty than you and she said "I know". So very disappointed. I wish I could give no star.

From the time I checked in and from the time we checked out, our services and departments were friendly and professional. My grandson and And I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, there was one Discrepancy in the eyeglass department. One young light, skinned lady of color, wasn’t very friendly and I felt like she wasn’t very courteous. I felt like she could have done better handling my grandson, and I a little bit more respectful. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or whatever, but we did not feel the friendliness that we felt in the other departments up into our fitting for the glasses. But the young fellow that helped us to pick out the glasses he was very courteous and friendly And patient. Overall, there was more good than unsatisfactory so overall, the eye appointment was an appointment well done. Thank you very much for your friendliness and courtesy; and the answer is yes I will highly recommend your eye clinic for friendly and Curtis services excellent and professional overall⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yesterday I had the BEST experience at an eye doctor! I had never been here, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from start to finish I was very impressed! The ladies at the counter had good personalities and they were welcoming. The assistant who did some of the initial tests made me feel comfortable and talked to me like a person compared to other places I’ve been where they act like you’re just a number. She was pleasant, it was nice. The doctor was personable and very thorough. He talked me through everything he did. The assistant with him was the absolute best! She was funny and sweet and overall had a fun personality. Don’t even get me started on the lady who helped us pick out frames and lenses! This lady knew her stuff!! She explained everything in a way that made sense and made our time there very enjoyable. The entire office was clean, well kept and very welcoming. I can’t say enough about the people here! I hope this helps someone else make their decision on an eye center!

The medical staff and technicians are excellent. Very impressed. But the billing department is awful. For every visit I have received a bill for services that were actually covered by my vision insurance. When I question the charges, they say they have to send the bill back for review. I've never dealt with a medical provider that has been so incompetent in their billing practices. Be sure to check every invoice you receive against your insurance.

Dr. Moussa is always very thorough & very friendly & gives the perfect Rx for me. Rest of the staff is extremely nice & never let on if theyre have a bad day. Harry Meier is exceptional @ making you glasses perfect for exactly what you need your spectacles for. The rest of the optical team is great as well & always friendly. I enjoy my visits & seeing friendly faces. ☆☆☆☆☆
