Welcoming as a new patient. Preregistration easy on line. As a new patient, initial appointment had a wait list. However, with cancellations, I had an appointment within a week. Staff and clinician excellent. After initial assessment only one area needed attention and resolved at first visit. Accepted my insurance and already have annual visit scheduled for next year. So pleased with service and close to my home

Facilities are very clean. Front office staff is very welcoming. Asia puts you at ease and calms any fears. Leslie is fantastic, very professional yet warm and caring. Technical skills are excellent. I have recommend Riverchase to neighbors and they were extremely pleased. We're lucky to have a facility like this so close to us.

Dr Baute is by far the best Dermatologist, my wife and I have ever gone to. We’re heavy into Water Sports and Boating, so the doctor knows we spend a lot of time out in the sun. We go in there for our annual and sometimes buy annual full body checks, and the doctor genuinely takes her time going over every inch of our skin. She genuinely cares about your health, and is not just going through the steps of looking at your skin as quickly as she can just to say, she looked at your skin. She is all about it. Super friendly, great bedside manner., And treats you like your family. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for your loving care! Dan and Alexandra

Everyone at the practice was helpful. The actual clinical services were excellent. I feel like the PA took my concerns seriously, explained what was going on with my symptoms and the plan moving forward. Extremely satisfied.

The treatment I have received from Dr. Falzone, Dr. Blake and the staff, has been outstanding so far. They have taken time to answer any questions have. Treating my cancers with care and in a timely manner. The staff has been professional and friendly.
