Obsessed is an understatement! I can't believe it took me this long to visit Jo Rich Beauty in Pensacola. This place is SUCH a vibe from the pink and disco ball decor to the wonderful staff who are flexible, patient, and very professional. 12/10 experience. Highly recommend!! Thank you lovely ladies!!!

Absolutely adore Jo and Midian! I go there for all my makeup needs. I love that they offer tattoos too. Midian did this one that has a special meaning for my kids and I. Professional, clean and every job they do is to the highest standard!! ❤️❤️❤️

I can’t express enough how happy I am with my PMU eyebrows from JoRich Beauty! As someone who has always struggled with low self-esteem and high anxiety, especially because of thinning brows, I’ve been incredibly self-conscious for years. I had never considered doing something like this before, mostly out of fear that I wouldn’t like the results. But when my sister gifted me this treatment for my birthday, I was both excited and nervous. Now, I am beyond grateful to her! From the moment I walked into my consultation, I felt completely at ease. The ambiance at JoRich Beauty is fun and inviting, and every artist I met was so warm. Midian, my artist, made me feel instantly comfortable. She’s incredibly sweet, patient, and really took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She explained every step of the process thoroughly, which calmed my nerves and made me feel confident in her expertise. On the day of my appointment, I was still a little nervous, but Midian’s reassuring presence made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The procedure itself was completely painless, thanks to numbing cream, and the results exceeded my expectations. My brows look so natural, with the perfect shape and fullness—better than I ever imagined. After 7 weeks, I returned for my touch-up, and once again, Midian took the time to listen to my feedback and fine-tune everything perfectly. The second round of results were just as amazing as the first. Honestly, I wish I had done this much sooner! The investment was absolutely worth it, and I encourage everyone to do something for themself without feeling guilty. You truly deserve it! BOOK THE APPOINTMENT—you won’t regret it! Wow! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I have wanted a tattoo removed for about 15 years, but I wasn’t willing to spend thousands to get it done. When I saw the new technology at Jo Rich Beauty, I booked immediately! I was amazed at how comfortable the process was, felt like a vibration mainly, truly almost painless! Everyone was so professional and friendly, and I’m so grateful that this affordable service is now available in Pensacola! I will add before and after photos asap!🤩
