Dr. Mitchell and staff are caring, attentive and genuinely concerned about their patients. Dr. Mitchell addressed my concerns for the visit, plus he gave me additional information, tips and tools to be successful with my healthcare journey. He did not rush me in and out, or make me feel like just another number. His team was SO nice, and they too made certain I had all my questions answered and that I was leaving with a good experience. I had a smile on my face the entire time, and I appreciate how they treated me. I SOOOOOO recommend visiting their office!

I’ll give the place one star because it was clean. I went to see mr Mitchell for help with some menopausal problems. I’ve had all the typical symptoms but the one that’s bothered me the most has been the inability to lose weight even though I eat clean and I train 2 1/2 hours a day. I’ve always been an athlete and been a phenomenal shape until menopause. This fella would not let me speak and explain to him my situation. Instead he told me that everything I’m doing is wrong and I need to go in at 800 calorie diet. Anyone who has read a magazine ever knows that if you starve yes you will lose weight. However, it is not attainable therefore I am not interested as a 48 year old woman who’s tried everything. Also, I think I was allowed to say maybe one or two sentences and that seemed to irritate Mr. Mitchell. He had a spiel he had prepared and apparently I’m to pay $200 to listen to the great and mighty man in front of me. Instead, I was kind of hoping to be able to explain myself and have someone listen. But he is not going to do that. Even when he greeted me apparently I took too long to get out of the chair because he introduced himself while walking away from me and didn’t even wait for me to say who I was. He had an agenda and that was all that mattered to him. This was one of the most unbelievably negative experiences I’ve had, and I was just praying for some understanding and support. Instead I got a boorish, rude, Argumentative, condescending, mansplainer. So, if you want to spend hundreds of dollars to be able to have someone to tell you to starve and not listen to you and put words in your mouth that you’ve never said, then he’s you’re fella… Me? I’m going run far away from all that. Thanks for nothing.

I have hypothyroidism. After going thru a variety of medication adjustments, I do feel much better. But what also helped me was I stopped eating the junk foods, drinking alcohol, and smoking. The most part now is getting my weight under control. I am moving more and walking with friends. The weather is nice right now, and it's a good time to do it.
