I absolutely despise gping to the doctor. However, being a patient of Dr. Noel's has been such a rewarding and noteworthy experience. Her professionalism and profound knowledge of the medical field enable her to care for every patient with a uniquely tailored approach. Her pleasant demeanor and patience make her a prime choice for anyone looking for a primary physician that is results-oriented. Stop by and visit, you will not regret it. My sincere appreciation goes to Dr. Normal and her staff.

Once you enter the Dr office you’re greeted pleasantly by Suzie from the front desk. She sets the atmosphere for the entire visit. Then when you finally meet Dr. Noel she’s like the cherry on top. She’s very knowledgeable, caring and is concerned about one’s well being. They have helped me in my weight loss journey that has been very successful as well as my overall health. I highly recommend Dr. Eglante Noel as your next PCP.

I’ve been getting unsolicited appointment reminders from this practice and I never requested an appointment with them. They have my name and information so I believe they are getting people’s information from some database, not sure if this is part of any marketing strategy to get more patients but definitely not a good way to do it. I’ve never called or contacted this practice. Very annoying to have unwanted calls and message reminders for an appointment I didn’t even request.

I went here a year ago when the MD first opened up this practice. She spent an hour talking to me about her daughter and was taking phone calls while I was in the room with her. She took my blood and advised she will call me next week with results, I NEVER received a call. When I tried to call the office nobody picked up, I have no clue what they did with my blood and this is very concerning and unprofessional. edit: THIS IS THE CORRECT LOCATION. THE DOCTOR HAS A DAUGHTER SIMILAR TO MY AGE AND SHE WAS PICKING UP PHONE CALLS AND JUST IGNORING ME COMPLETELY. DO NOT LIE ABOUT THIS, I HAVE PROOF OF EMAILS AND YOUR COMPANY BILLING MY INSURANCE. If you have no record of my visits, then how are you able to bill my insurance and make sure you get paid? You lost my blood, and I will be reporting this practice to the FL Dept. Of Health. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNSAFE PRACTICE.

Don’t bother coming here I have multiple complaints about this place. They are very quick to bring you in which was convenient for me that’s why I made the appointment. First thing I noticed was that they are not very clean - I had to ask for them to change the exam bed sheet but they said it had been changed even though you could clearly see someone’s jean marks. When going to do a urinalysis in the bathroom, there were at least 5 other patient’s urine cups in there and my specimen was had another patients label on it that I had to point out. (They apologized for being short staffed but that doesn’t excuse being sanitary). I’ve asked them multiple times to correct my name that was misspelled on everything. They asked me to verify if my information was correct before sending out my labs and they still send the wrong information to Quest, which I also have a $1200 bill from that I have to correct because one- they spelled my name wrong and second they did not link my insurance to it. I’ve also have had to call them multiple times on different days to send my prescription to the pharmacy because the medical receptionist is not good at relaying messages. I’ve been in contact with my insurance about a prior authorization which I have also had to call about for days and the insurance finally calls me after a week saying they are still waiting on information from my doctor. This is coming from an experienced office manager for primary care, medical assistant and pharmacy technician, there is absolutely no excuse for this. I will definitely not come here again.
