Lola was super knowledgeable and kind. The office staff was also great. The girl at the registration desk got me checked in and back in the room before my appointment time which was great because! Considering the fact that the appointment was for my toddler, everything was executed smoothly, and I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes.

I've been too so many different doctors in my life time in numerous different states over the pass 45 years. I've never seen such an unprofessional, rude, rushed, poor listening skills, dressed improper medical physician ETC.. in my entire life. Did not want to hear patient concerns. Gave me a cream that my General Doctor already gave me and mentioned the word Cancer as soon as he came into the room without properly receiving the facts on my issue. I was stunned at his conduct. Didn't bother to look at my file constantly interrupting his NEW patient and now FORMER patient!! DR. ALFREDO FERNANDEZ(DERMATOLOGIST) working in Port Charlotte & another unknown county left a little left to be desired. Mind boggling. Some people just don't have any pride on doing there job!! I normally do not like to write reviews. But, I felt the responsibility to help others to protect there families so they never experience the degrading treatment I received. Too ALL plz screen/read reviews too choose your Health Care physicians. Especially, in Port Charlotte! OMG plz, be careful with dentist who just want to pull teeth or claim Root Canals when it wasn't needed. NOTE: (I Went to Costa Rica and successfully completed my dental treatment for half of the costs and advised me that the tooth could be repaired and saved and no root canal needed) I've been here 5 years never seen such poor conducts & Greed $$$ !! Again, plz protect your family/children. God bless 🙏

Dr Lolanda is a very good doctor. She really check you out to make sure you don’t have any skin problems. She’s down to earth and is very pleasant to talk to and always asking A lot of questions. She’s the best I’ve seen around and I’m glad I have her as my doctor.

Dr. Fernandez and his entire staff, our professional, caring, friendly. I have never encountered a doctors office, or everyone was friendly and caring as much is these people are. The doctor, knows his stuff very very very well. A true medical, professional and master of his trade.

The wait was a little long but well worth my wait. The assistant was amazing she was very nice and very polite and the doctor was nice and friendly also got right to business and removed one of many bumps on my head. It was over before I knew it. Just waiting for the results and then I hope to have this itchy mess on my head over with. I thought they were spider bites we will see in2 weeks. Also very close to my home. Plenty of parking and all staff was very friendly.
