Water's Edge Dermatology - Port Charlotte

The staff is so wonderful and kind at Waters Edge Dermatology in Port Charlotte Florida. Dr. Stevenson is wonderfully kind, soft spoken, has a great personality and explains everything perfectly. I went for my yearly check up today and I left feeling like 1 million bucks. Such a wonderful place to go for any type of skin issues. Living in Florida I keep a close eye on my skin, always wear sunscreen and a hat, and when gardening really cover myself with a light white blouse. He was so positive to hear that I do this. Kindness is everything and especially a doctor that listens to you. I would recommend this office to everyone. They are absolutely fantastic. I am 60 years old, and I have always taken good care of my skin. First thing I put on in the morning after my moisturizer is sunscreen. There are so many wonderful, healthy sunscreens on the market. I’m an outdoor country girl and I wouldn’t go outside without it, and my doctor agrees. Stay healthy everyone.

Every person I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. The MA was efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. The Dr. was thorough and explained everything. He listened to my questions and made sure I understood the findings. Great experience

Sydney is great. Knows her stuff. The 2 assistants were also friendly. Thr receptionist said I was late and might not be seen. I rebuttals i was not late. Receptionist said I would be seen. Kinda upset with myself that I didn't show her appointment time on my phone they had sent. I was 5 minutes early. Sydney is great. That is why I go there.

Sydney Vanhoose has always been knowledgeable and helped! Staff are good. Don't care for the "rule" that only the patient goes to exam room.
