PORT ORANGE DERMATOLOGY

Recently had my first skin cancer removal through Moh’s surgery with Dr. Sevigny and had such a great experience. The entire staff is wonderful from the front desk, to her assistants. PA Cynthia Luciano is professional, kind and I feel completely in great hands for all my future skin screenings. They answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire day and just had positive, happy attitudes no matter how pack full their office was. Can’t be more appreciative during a stressful time.

Cyndi and her medical assistant were excellent. I had a biopsy of spot on my nose done today. The medical assistant made a painful situation as painless as possible, and Cyndi assured me that they would let me know as soon as the results came in. They made me feel very comfortable and what might’ve been a very anxiety inducing experiencing pretty pleasant all things considered. Highly recommend!

Saw PA Luciano, she was great. It was my first time to the office and my GPS was not taking me to the right location. I called and asked if I should reschedule or if it would be ok if I was 5-10 min late (per the GPS). Sounds like they have this issue often because she knew the drill. The receptionist said that was fine, just not to run into their lunch and hopefully it’s only 5 min. I should have just rescheduled. I had to call back a 2nd time because the location was still not showing up. She tells me it’s fine but to “hurry up” and plug in KFC not their office. Almost like she didn’t understand I’m not from the area and was having issues with the direction, not time management. I show up for my 11:15 appointment at 11:30 for a biopsy, it was 12:04 when I left. I get there and I’m filling out my new patient paperwork and the receptionist is bad mouthing me with another staff member through the glass, you could hear her in the waiting room. I’m like wait there’s no way she is talking about me, I asked to reschedule if it would be a problem as I didn’t want to inconvenience futher. Then she looks up to see if I’m hearing all this and gets quieter like she was being slick and says something like I made it by 2 min at least I’m here. HAD TO CALL TWICE🤣 My appointment ran over by 4 min. Should have just rescheduled me like I offered. Stuff happens. Get thicker glass though.

Everyone at this office is the friendliest I have seen. They are efficient, and very caring. They certainly make you feel at ease, and answer any questions you may have.

Dr Graham is my favorite dermatologist out of the 10 or so I have had over the last 20 years. I was willing to drive the 20+ miles to come to this office, but unfortunately he is leaving the practice to go focus on surgery, so I am going to switch to another office closer to home. Jarret also gets a special mention. He's a really nice, friendly PA who's happy and smiley!
