Highly Recommended Professionals who Care! The Staff are the sweetest most caring, honest, professionals of any place Ive ever been. From scheduling my appt, then checking into my appt, talking with staff while awaiting my to go in for my appt., the consultation was amazing, the procedure of getting botox and juvederm didnt hurt and Liz who did my botox and Juv., ensured my questions were answered. She did everything in a such professional caring manner so that I wouldnt be afraid but also taking her she time not rushing me in and out like other past providers ive seen. I spoke with a skin care Specialist about some additional things I would like to consider in the near future giving me multiple ideas/options and also specials that save money. I couldnt be happier with the experience I had and to actually get their undivided attention was so very special. They really had so much knowledge and didnt they didnt try to up-sale me at all. I left saving money. I couldn't be happier. Ive had some past experiences with other providers that caused me to feel so afraid and extremely cynical but Vinyard is a place I now know I can trust to do right by me. Actually, from the time I made my first phone call I knew this was the place who is serious about people and perfecting their craft. From the time I attended the appt all the way until I left to go home I knew this is the place I can and will follow up with. If you read this give them Call and at least request and attend a consultation and you will see what I mean. They truly care about their patients ensuring they asked about all of my concerns. They actually worked with me a bit longer than they probably needed to ensure I was happy. Everyone from the front desk, skin care, and Liz who performed my botox/juvederm were amazing and informative. They did so much to help me save money as well which was great providing so many great discounts. I couldnt be happier and will never go elsewhere. You guys were calming, informative, extremely helpful, and made me so happy. I will definitely refer other people who ask me about my experience.
