Dr.Minni and his nurse Avery were so helpful and understanding the frustration I was feeling when I could be diagnosed by any other Dr. They were both very knowledgeable and was able to finally help me. Can say enough how grateful I am for both of them. Then there is the front desk girls also sweet and helpful. Thank you to all that helped me.
My wife had an appointment at Water's Edge Dermatology in Tradition. Our first there. It went spectacularly. We first encountered receptionist Ashley, who is a magician at handling that usually difficult position in a medical facility. Then we encountered nurse Candy, so sweet and courteous... and efficient. Then Dr. John Minni took excellent care of my wife. He listened patiently to her, grasped the issue, and took all possible actions... on the spot--what an expert would do, only better. These guys are really good at what they do!
Receptionist who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. Apart from that I felt like I was on a conveyor belt. I was waiting quite a while in the treatment room which was extremely cold, finally I was told to get undressed quickly which for an 87 yr old quickly is difficult at the best of times especially when you are shivering from the cold. Finally Julie Tieger " breezed in " pleasantly introduced herself, gave me a quick body check, took care of a couple of brown spots and "breezed" out. I use the term breezed because it was so cold in the treatment room that any movement felt like a breeze. If I was there for eight minutes it was a lot. Conveyor Belt treatment. I was just another body not a person. As you can guess I will not be going there again.
The office from start to finish met my expectations. Kind and friendly. I was a new patient and was very happy with Dr John Minni. He listened to me and took his time. I would highly recommend the office and doctor. Five out of five.
I went to the Tradition location specifically to have a skin tag removed from my eye lid. Once I was in the back seen by the doctor he informed me that they wouldn't be able to do it but he recommended a plastic surgeon. Since I was already there and paid my $70 co-pay I had him look at a few sunspots on my face and arm. I left the office bummed that I'd spent $70 for nothing more than a recommendation and a few spots on my skin sprayed (10 minute office visit). A few weeks later I received a bill from Waters Edge an addition $236.77 on top of $70 I already paid! For a total of $306.77 I had a few spots sprayed and a recommendation to a plastic surgeon to remove my skin tag. I tried to dispute the outrageous charges but they simply told me they could do nothing. They told me had they realized that he was spraying spots on my skin that they would have told me there would be significant charges. I don't believe them and I feel totally scammed. If you go here make sure that you ask what every single thing will cost before they do anything. P.S. The plastic Surgeon with no insurance only charged me $150 to remove the skin tag.
