Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Riverview

Would love to compliment Sierra Banks for her exemplary customer service. They say laughter is the best medicine- well she had my father-in-law at ease and laughing during his recent visit. Her cheerfulness was contagious and such a pleasant experience was had by all. She is very knowledgeable and her attention to detail was outstanding. It’s employees like her that confirm that we can always expect an amazing experience when visiting Advanced Dermatology.

Provider at the Riverview office is absolutely amazing. My only issue with them is for a new patient, it literally took 20 minutes to schedule an appointment. I don't mean I was on hold for 20 minutes, there was actually no hold time at all. I mean, the lady who answered the phone had me on the phone for 20 minutes trying to schedule the appt. She kept saying it was the system, and then it turned out she had the wrong D.O.B. for my daughter so it took even longer. They need to better train the people doing the scheduling, and if there is a legit issue with the system, they need to upgrade the system they are currently using.

Very caring and professional doctors and assistants. Everyone was always willing to listen and explain any questions/concerns regarding my surgery. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Since I entered, the attention was very professional, the girls at the front desk, but the nurse who attended to me inside was not very friendly, she was unprofessional, she never looked at my face when I spoke to her, in conclusion, I do not like their attention at all, I do not think I will return to a place like that.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
