There are not enough words I can say about the staff at Allegra Spa. My quality of life has improved drastically with every treatment. They understand my needs and are quick to respond and guide me on the best treatments for my conditions. It has been a life changing experience. Jess is simply amazing and always so kind and professional.

I lift 6 times a week and am extremely active. I prioritize health and protein when eating so when I got walking pneumonia for 3 weeks it was a wake up call. The medicine they put me on messed up my gut flora, caused a huge rash, acne ect my entire body was rebelling. I came in yesterday to get an immune IV with a B12 booster and I feel amazing. The rash cleared up almost literally overnight. I will be opening up a membership because apparently there's a level of wellness aside from nutrition and physical activity that our body's need. Healing. And this place offers that!

First time at one of these places. After a long battle with C.I.D.P. decided to go holistic. Modern medicine is not working for me. It really does work. With diet, mind and body, this place offers it all. I did the hyperbaric and I've never been more relaxed in my life. It was an hour and a half and when it was over, I wanted more! After that, I tried the cryo. Sure, it was a little chilly but it only takes 3 mins. The give you headphones with music. Pick music that will make you want to dance because you will want to keep moving in the chill box. But it's good for circulation. Then finished off with 20 mins in the salt room. You sit down you can bring your phone, play music, games or work. You feel like you just swam in the ocean. The facility is new, clean and I was lucky enough to meet the owner. Prices are very reasonable. Remember you can't put a price on your health. Without it nothing really matters! I'll be back soon as soon as I can fit it into my schedule.
