Derm Perfect - The Elites' Medspa

I drove for nearly 1 1/2hrs for a consult. The consult was great and we made a plan. I wasn't pressured or "talked into' anything-which I respected immensely! Needless to say, I decided to get some of the planned work in the moment. I just could not pass up the opportunity-after traveling so far, his kindness and no pressure attitude and how cost effective it was! i will be back in April for the remaining work and I can hardly wait!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AND Dr. SEBASTIANY AT ALL COSTs! I was Injured by his poor injection practices. He injected Botox too far in my cheek and it punctured into my mouth and I swallowed some of the solution. Additionally after asking for their Groupon offer for another product they deceptively had run out of it but failed to disclose that when making the appt and instead used sneaky sales practices to upsell me on Botox. After injuring me I requested he stop injecting, as I was afraid of further pain and malpractice. So I didn’t get the amount I paid for. He was unwilling to make it right as I had no confidence in returning to subject myself to further injury and asked for a refund given what happened. He refuses to respond to and remediate my request. THIS IS A DANGEROUS PRACTITIONER. STAY AWAY. I’ve filed a complaint with the health board.
