First time in this new lash location. I made a 2pm same day appointment with Fracassi lashes for full set lashes. Fracassi lashes new location is located inside the Tricho salon, which is on the 2nd floor of the UTC mall. I get there on time. I am immediately approached by a nice lady who I believe was a hair tech assistant. She offered me water or wine as I waited in line for check in. I had my own bottled water, so I passed on both options. Nevertheless, I appreciated the gesture. I check in and was welcomed by Felicia. Hope I got the name right. She checked me in and I asked will I be seen right away and she said yes. I take a seat in the waiting area. Few mins later, Felicia comes by and informes me my lash tech Brandi says it’ll be 10-15 mins before she can see me as her client was late, backing her up. She offered me water/wine and I passed. She then offered coffee. I accepted. She asked how would I like my coffee? For a moment, I thought I was at a coffee shop. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating. She takes pride in what she does and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone that walks through Tricho salon doors are taken care of. I was going to give 3.5 stars bc the wait was 35 mins. Unacceptable for someone that has an appointment but for the service to make up for it I settled on a fair and solid 4 stars. Brandi is a wonderful person with great talent. Keep up the great work beautiful people. God bless!

I saw Amy last week and I have to tell you, she’s amazing! She absolutely killed my color. I normally color my hair a flat red color and for the first time seeing Amy, she put some serious love into this hair. I now have highlights throughout that look so pretty and natural. She also gave me a haircut that suits my face much better. Lastly, she gave me a blowout ans style that has lasted me an entire WEEK. I’m not kidding. Definitely check this girl out. I’m not easily impressed when it comes to my hair but she has me hooked on her services now.

I walked in not expecting much, because I have very difficult hair to work with, but Ms. Jo Banks is a miracle worker. I'm going to post my before and after pic because she had me walking out of there looking 10 years younger, feeling confident and gorgeous. I highly recommend this salon and definitely at least book a consult Jo , you won't regret it.

I love Tricho Salon! My hair dresser, Kristen always knows exactly what I am looking for and does an amazing job on my hair. She takes extra time and care to ensure that my highlights, hair cut and style look absolutely perfect! I have referred several friends to Kristen at Tricho Salon at UTC. Trust me! You will not leave disappointed.

If anyone knows the Brandy who was an employee, please tell her to contact me. I've been told she no longer works for Fracassi, but the same person I was talking to then made it sound like she still does work for them. I was one of her laser hair removal customers. I only gave this place 2 stars instead of one is because Brandy was an exceptional employee. I'd give her 5 stars if I could. If you don't still have access to my phone number try Messenger.
