O'Donoghue Dermatology

At Dr. Donahue Dermatology I felt welcome, well informed of all that was occurring and safe. The staff is amazing! Everyone was friendly and patient as I attempted to navigate the patient portal, always a challenge for me. A dear friend of mine recommended this clinic. Dr. Donahue has served she and her family well for many years. And, I am thankful they were able to get me in quickly for a skin check.

My experience with O’Donoghue Dermatology has been good, it’s easy to schedule an appointment and you’re seen quickly. The PA Kami is knowledgeable and kind and the support staff is accommodating and pleasant. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

My words will not express my gratitude enough for this dermatology office. From the moment i called frustrated from leaving my previous dermatologist office feeling like I was being not heard and was being pushed off for this or that and not being willing to biopsy a spot I was concerned about. My first appointment I was impressive since I felt heard. I able to explain my situation; actually had my spots examined and questions asked. I even had the biopsies done. I appreciate the doctors advice with using sunscreen even as I say; I seldom leave my house and he kindly reminded me it comes through our windows. From the staff before I became a patient; through my entire appointment, to check out I felt like they cared and I wasn’t just a number. This will definitely be the dermatologist I recommend to others.

Excellent service and attention given to me by all service staff and nurses. Dr. O’Donoghue was well versed in my history and advised and instituted a treatment plan that is proving effective. He answered all my questions. I look forward to upcoming appointments. I heartily recommend him and his personell.

Got in early and still had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen. The front desk didn’t tell the doctor what I was there for and booked the appointment for 10 minutes instead of longer. The doctor was lovely and still worked me in but it is very apparent the scheduling department needs help. LET YOUR DOCTORS SEE PATIENTS FOR LONGER!! stop putting restrictions on how long they can see patients. stop overbooking them. it gets overwhelming and that translates to the patient. - a fellow medical professional
