Dr. Ruiz was incredibly kind, informative, and honest, making sure I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and I truly appreciated his honesty and expertise. I originally came in because I suffer from headaches and had heard about Botox as a possible treatment. I also wanted to address some minor lines between my eyebrows, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The procedure itself was virtually painless—just a tiny pinch—and the results are incredible! Both Renee and Dr. Ruiz are absolute gems—so kind, professional, and caring. If you’re considering Botox or any other treatment, I highly recommend Firm. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. 10/10 recommend!

This was my first time visit and it won't be my last visit! Dr Ruiz knows just where the botox will do best! I have tried 2 other places in town before I found Firm Cosmetic Center and they do not compare! I felt very much at ease with the help from Renee. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ruiz! I have been seeing him for almost three years. My sister and I recently had Botox and filler treatments with him, and the results are phenomenal.
