Dr. Franz Kerdel

This was my first visit, and it was an excellent experience. The check-in process was fast and efficient—I was called in before I even finished filling out my information. Dr. Franz Kerdel was kind, clear, and answered all my questions. He works great with his patients and I can tell he is truly dedicated to his work. I was very satisfied with the appointment and will definitely return.

My annual visit went beautifully. The staff was wonderful the doctor fantastic. Everything was handled professionally. My questions were answered. Everything was tended to and I feel comfortable that I’m in the right hands for anything skin related. I so appreciate the fact that this day and age when you get blown off someone to pay attention to you as a person, listen to you and respond accordinglyyou can’t do better than this office. Convenient parking, nice location, easy access to office. Office staff were pleasant and professional. Checkin process on tablets made it quick. Office was clean and modern. They looked busy but my wait was one minute. Dr. Kerdel was pleasant and professional. Answered my questions, didn’t feel rushed, in and out quickly. I did my research. I’m glad I scheduled here. I recommend this office.

This is one of the best, for me, the best doctor office in Miami. Dr. Kerdel and his entire medical team are very profesional. The doctor is very organized and you don't have to wait hours to see it or have a procedure. I'm very happy with this doctor, if you want to be in good hands, I recommend you visit his office at South Miami.

Really good experience when you compare with other practices where they are rude from the get go in the reception; here they will treat you well; clean place but above all the doctor will spend time with you!!! YES!! And guess what he even talk to you and tell you what’s going on and what are the next steps!!! I know all this years of bad/terrible service at doctor’s office made us lower the bar so low that we are surprised when we receive good attention, but maybe there is hope!!
