Clean, relaxing, friendly atmosphere, staff and provider. It’s an enjoyable place to go for my treatments. I look forward to seeing Liana and her staff at every appointment. I have always been more than happy with my results. I highly recommend this facility and provider!

It’s taken me a minute to write this post. And unfortunately I will need to be a “Karen” about my experience. Let’s start off by just clarifying that the staff was nice. The Practitioner that saw me was very knowledgeable and was extremely clear with how procedures work and what expectations will be like for the final results. She provided additional suggestions and didn’t make me feel pressured to do anything extra I am not need. She answered all my questions appropriately and very detailed. The problems happens to be with their marketing and “bait and switch.” When I initially made my appointment the staff over the phone requested a $50 payment to hold my appointment. She explained that if I was a no-show then they will charge me that amount. I’m in total agreement with this. She also explained that the $50 payment can also go towards any procedure I may want to do. I then specifically asked about consultation as I wanted to obtain opinions prior to deciding about having any procedure done. She then explained that the consultation was Free if I decided I wasn’t ready for a procedure. Again, I was in agreement. After I made the consultation appointment, I received my CC notification stating a $25 payment to their center. Again, in agreement. If I was a no-show then they will charge the other $25 (making the $50 she explained). The switch came to be once I arrived. Let’s not even talk about the delay in getting checked in or seen. Over 45-mins to a hour waiting. At this point I was even contemplating leaving. I thought about Free consultation vs possibly getting charged the $50 for walking out. So I stayed. What do I have to loose beside my time? Well I should have just left. They asked me for ID which is fine. But then they asked for my health insurance information and card. I asked the reason they would need this as they will not be charging my health insurance. The front desk said it was for their records. I’m sorry, but No…. They do not need my health insurance for any elective cosmetic treatments. Once was consultation was over, I was really happy with what she had to say and was 95% sure I was coming back to do begin cosmetic treatment with this office. I was happy and very satisfied. Well down hill once again with the front staff. When I was leaving, the front staff stopped me and stated I still owe money for the consultation. I then inquired how was that possible if it was only a consultation. She then stated that the consultation was $50 and that I already paid $25. Again the math was not making sense. At this point I handed her my credit card just to make the payment and figure it out later time. AFTER she ran my credit card she then stated “oh there is a charge.” — sorry but she could have explained this BEFORE running my credit card. I think this review is getting the 3 stars because of the principle of the consultation. It’s not about the money. There are many many many other offices who do not charge for a “Free Consultation” so obviously the consultation is NOT free. Again, the practitioner was very nice and really liked her. I came to FIXX for a B12 shot because I was experiencing low energy, tingling hands and feet, and low B12 levels. Their nurse, Mo did an amazing job and I felt nothing! She was super quick and had gentle hands. 10/10! I love the entire staff and the atmosphere of FIXX. Highly recommend!

WOW! I always dreamed of getting lip fillers because well, my lips look like a little beak. I was super nervous as my appointment arrived and I walked into the facility. HOWEVER, meeting the front desk, the medical assistant and Alexandra completely changed how I felt about this appointment. They were all super welcoming, patient, and super sweet. Alex was very honest about what would be the best approach to the outcome I wanted and about what to expect. She absolutely nailed the results and do an absolutely amazing job. It’s safe to say that I will be coming back very soon. Couldn’t recommend anyone better than this wonderful team.

Fixx Wellness is the absolute best. Liana and her team are kind, warm, and very professional. They are always flexible with my busy schedule and available to answer any questions I may have. Great customer service! The office is very clean and comfortable. Liana took the time to listen to my concerns and explained to me the process of what needed to be done in order to reach my goals. I am very pleased I found this gem in South Miami. I would definitely recommend it!!!
