The worst office ever! The wait to be seen is at least 1-2 hours of your schedule appointment. The staff is not very nice specially the procedure nurse! She is rude and grumpy! The wait room looks like a ER full of people and no one is seen on time! The rooms are dirty and full of clutter! I have taken my boyfriend 3 times now and the wait is the same and the staff! Will be looking for options with new year and insurance change! DO NOT recommend! They have NO respect over your time and schedule!

I really believe that good medical care should focus on helping patients recover fully, not on unnecessary treatments. With Dr. Song, I felt like the approach was more about keeping his pain management practice going than actually aiming for a full recovery. As a nurse and a mom, I’m careful about medications because I need to stay clear-headed to take care of others. I made it clear to him that I’m young and want to recover fully, not face more limitations.

One star is too many. Office will NEVER answer the phone, i had to drive to the office to make an appointment. They treat you like an assembly line, they don't really care about the patient, just the money they are making off of you. Dr's are ok but office staff is HORRIBLE. If you enjoy being inconvenienced and made to feel like you are a bother, go ahead and visit this practice.

Waiting room always packed.Over 2 hr wait even with an appointment. Last minute cancellations always blaming the insurance company. Dr. Song running from room to room to busy for a five minute conversation you literally have to stop him in his tracks to get some answers. Never managed my pain. That place really sucked in my personal opinion.

As I sit here for 2 hours to be seen I see the same comments from other patients that the schedule appt is always late. I wish the same accountability we as patients have to be on time the doctor would also have with us.
