If I could give Bay Surgical Specialists 5000 plus stars, I would! More so, I would like to express my absolute gratitude to Dr. Benjamin Szpila! He is the absolute BEST and a genius! I was miss diagnosed by several doctors prior coming to Bay Surgical Specialists, including the vascular surgeons from the Tampa Bay General Hospital! But luckily I ended up coming to Bay Surgical Specialists and referred to Dr. Szipla! He performed a surgery on me and more so it was successful, given the rarity of the condition I had…Popliteal Vein Aneursym! He absolutely saved my life!!! If anyone is looking for a vascular surgeon… Trust me guys… don’t go anywhere else! You will not find a better surgeon other than Dr. Szipla! I am speaking from my personal experience! I also would like to thank all their staff and ultrasound technician, Oxana! They truly are amazing at what they do! Best of the Best! Thank you guys!!!

Super friendly, with a smile. The doctor took the time to listen to me even though I don't speak English, just like the nurse.

So far every encounter has been very positive. The front desk people have been great. The Medical Assistant has been on top of every thing. Dr. Huguet is very patient and has a great bed side manner. He instills confidence. I have only been there 2 times so far. The wait was long both times. But I don't mind waiting. Because I am sure he is giving the patient in front of me, the same attention that he gives me.

I am so very pleased with my experience at Dr Huguet office. The staff in office and surgical team are outstanding and genuinely care about their patients. I felt valued every step of the way. Dr H is kind and attentive and very thorough. He speaks with you and listens to your concerns. I felt informed about every aspect of my procedure. I HIGHLY recommend Dr H and his staff.

Dr. Huguet has a great bedside manner and thorough during his appointments. I saw the physician assistant Jenna the last two times I was there and she was wonderful. The only thing I don’t like is to wait over an hour to be seen for five minutes when I have a scheduled appointment had a designated time.
