Body therapy spa really helped me with the tons of knots in my back. After several sessions, I also noticed I was so much more loose , relaxed and flexible. There’s really something to this whole fascia thing. I have never been to a place where they did so many different techniques. Everyone there is amazing! I also got a great facial!! Can’t recommend Body Therapy Spa but enough. You won’t regret going.

I don't live in FL, but I travel for work. And after booking my flight the next thing I do is book 2 hours with Loretta. She's been working on my shoulder/rotator cuff/lat pain consistently for more than a year and she is the ONLY person I've found who listens to what I need, has the expertise to resolve it, and truly wants to help me understand the mechanics of my body and how to get out of pain. I'm so grateful to her.
