Brand new, beautiful clinic located right in the heart of downtown St Pete. The front desk girls were super sweet and welcoming and my clinician was amazing! Looking forward to coming back for my treatments 🩷

I would NOT recommend this location - Horrible customer service. The manager is rude and indignant. Wife arrived 30 minutes early for a 5 minute treatment and no one is here and it’s now 30 minutes after the appointment, my 1 hour parking expired, and she just sits on the phone and can’t be bothered. Wife used to go to Tampa until this “closer” location opened and it was amazing. I’d rather drive the extra miles honestly. Staff here is not up to par. Completely different/subpar experience. Hope the California owners get involved and makes a change.

All around fantastic first experience! I went in for my first session of tattoo removal. Both Katie and Coral were both extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Katie did my consultation and did an absolutely amazing job! She was very friendly, made sure all my questions were answered, she went over the cost and procedure throughly, and was even nice enough to laugh at some of my jokes. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by two smiling faces, both Katie and Coral couldn't have been nicer, the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. After only a few minutes of waiting, I was brought back. The nurse that did my procedure (I apologize I forget her name) was again, extremely friendly and went over everything again with me. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, 30 was waiting for the numbing cream. Over all it was a quick, easy, and even painless procedure. A++ Staff and experience. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had a WONDERFUL experience at this location!! I typically go to the Tampa location but after waiting 40 min past my appt time, I was rescheduled to the St Pete location and it was my first time here. Zoey the NP was phenomenal, she was very nice and personable and talked with me the whole time during my treatment. The front desk staff were all very friendly and not pushy to sell me something (as has been my past experience at Tampa). I plan on coming to the St. Pete location from now on, the drive across the bridge is worth it!!

Great and comfortable experience for first-time Xeomin! The staff on the phone and at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel like I was being steam rolled. My clinician Zoey was very sweet and open to answering all of my questions. I appreciated how the units I did not use are saved in my account and I can use them whenever I want so I feel like it was worth the financial commitment. I will absolutely go back to this location and highly recommend!
