TOO BAD I CAN ONLY GIVE 5 STARS!!! My Aesthetician noticed a concerning spot on my face and recommended I see a dermatologist to rule out anything serious. The first place I called couldn't accommodate me, I called Visage, great staff, I was able to get in in a very reasonable time. I wanted a doctor who would understand working with all levels of melanated skin and great reviews. My first appointment for biopsy was incredibly easy. This is my first time having to deal with anything like this, so Dr. Kongsiri's bedside manner and pacifying demeanor put my nerves at ease immediately. She was so gentle and knowledgeable in explaining next steps. I had to go back for my results, I was nervous. Again, Dr Kongsiri came through with her expertise on why she recommended my treatment plan, taking into close account my age, and color. I am so happy with her recommendation, I'm even happier I found her and her team to take care of my dermal needs. I highly recommend Visage Dermatology and Dr Kongsiri. Thank you for bringing so much calm to me in a troubling time.

I have been a patient of Dr. K for years, she recently decided to go more cosmetic and I was assigned to a PA. the experience didn’t go very well and I was going to leave Dr. K’s practice when this delightful young lady at the front desk name Michelle went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and get me in with the doc. She took the time to text me multiple answers to questions and then offered me an appointment with the doctor, which I was thrilled, Customer service is not always so important but in this case, she save the relationship and I will be returning,kudos Michelle at visages front desk.

As always, I enjoyed my visit and was very comfortable with the exam and how any questions I had were answered. The MA and doctor were professional and pleasant while making the experience a comfortable one for me. Thank you!

Your experience here begins with the sincerely friendly and welcoming front desk staff. All have been very kind and truly seem to enjoy their jobs but specifically Chelsea and Angelia have been communicating with me regularly regarding getting me approved for a cost reduction program as I am a self pay patient. Dr. Greene immediately identified my issue and did not hesitate to suggest a systemic approach to my eczema rather than just the topicals I have been offered at all the other offices I have been to lately. I was offered to come in and get a sample of the medication while I awaited approval for it through a cost assistance program. I feel I have been catered to as much as a patient can be catered to. I have been to several dermatologists in the area and I felt like just a number there. Not once did I feel rushed at Visage. Don’t waste anymore time elsewhere and just come here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I have so many good things to say about this place. First of all, my doctor is Dr. Blossom, and she lives up to her name she is just a ray of sunshine. She is quick and makes sure that everything is done right but still not to keep you there too long. (Waits can sometimes get long but they see a lot of patience) she listens to all of my concerns and even helped me out with a scary mole. (I’m only 22 and go for acne treatment, so scary moles are a bit odd at this age) she talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. Secondly the nurse practitioners are wonderful. I had one that while she seemed a bit new she was very professional and solved the issue quickly. They are also very personable and I haven’t run into a single one that hasn’t been easy to talk to. Also the people at the front desk are a joy. I’m a fairly regular patient and only after 3 visits they started recognizing me and remembering things about me and asking about it. They are so lovely and really do look to build a relationship with patients. Today in their office I noticed a very hostile and angry woman who was giving them so much trouble for something that was her own fault. They were so graceful in resolving the matters and kept so calm. That is a good level of professionalism that I hope to see at all my doctors. Not to mention right afterwards a very sweet older woman came in and asked what she had to do and the woman at the from desk said “oh you just have to sit there and look pretty!” Which I thought was very sweet. Lastly there is a third party involved in my treatment that is very difficult to work with. Everyone! I mean everyone! At visage dermatology has been so accommodating and understanding of this and have worked through the loops (or maybe just easier options than other dermatologists have given me) of their system to make sure I received my treatment as quickly as possible without taking a pause before the treatment is over. And I mean, when I say this is a difficult third party, it took me over a year to get on my treatment because of them, as soon as I switched to visage dermatology they got me on it in just 3 months which could have been sooner had I not missed a deadline with the third party myself. Also they have helped me to find more ways to save money at their facility, which has been greatly appreciated.
