Dr. Kaiser and his staff are so professional and caring. Our family has been going there for years, and we have always been very satisfied with the care we receive. Dr Kaiser just performed a MOHS procedure on my ear, and he was so meticulous closing the wound. My ear looks so good, and I'm so thankful to him for the care he gave to me, and the outcome of the surgery.

Dr. Kaiser is a very pleasant physician and great listener, but this is the second time I called and the same person is very rude and does not listen is on the phone. Don't know what her name is but she may be their receptionist. I called to make a payment and she pushed the payment through and clearly ignored that I asked her to only put a certain amount. She shouldn't be in this field if she has a nasty attitude on the phone and dismisses what someone is saying.

My visit with Dr. Mark Kaiser was the BEST. He is knowledgeable and took his time explaining issues so that I understood them, despite his office being quite busy. The best part of my experience is that he solved my problems.

Dr. Kaiser saved my life 17 years ago when he discovered an irregular looking mole that was melanoma. It was so early in it's development that it didn't rate on the Clark's level scale. He removed it and the surrounding tissue and I have been cancer free ever since. He fought my insurance company to remove the preexisting condition clause. (Before obamacare) He has been vigilant in my care ever since and has a heart of gold.

I had a procedure done with the doc, his manner was very direct and kind. He went above and beyond in order to make sure he squared me away. The assistants and staff are very thorough and upbeat as well. The office is very clean and the location is nice for a walk if needed to calm the nerves. Thanks, Mark. You’re the man.
