Julie is an amazingly talented artist. Her work is perfection and I am so pleased with my results. With Julie's help & guidance we choose Powder Brows along with Upper Lid & Lower Lid permanent eyeliner for me & and I cannot be happier. My results are wonderful. Getting up every morning with an almost full face of makeup is so nice!! As I have aged my eyes tend to water more frequently especially in the wind or on long bike rides and know I have no messy makeup running down my face.
