From the initial consultation to pre-op appointment my experience with Dr Paredes Jr was very comfortable and informative. When I actually had the surgery scheduled Dr Paredes made sure he met with me a couple of times to make sure that I was getting my needs met and to make sure that my health was 100% for the surgery by doing blood work. I can't say enough about the operation team on the day of my surgery on January 13th 2025 that every single person there was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed before the procedure. I have to give a special shout out to the ladies that sit behind the desk for check-in. I am always greeted with a smile. I highly recommend Tally Plastic Surgery Center!

I have been going to this office for many years. I just completed a surgery that I wish I had done 25 years ago. Dr Paredes is a master in the plastic surgery world. His staff is just the most knowledgeable, kind and funny crew. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them.

I wish all doctors were like Dr. Alfredo Paredes and all offices were like Tallahassee Plastic Surgery! From the moment I walked into their office, I felt taken care of. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer on December 1st, 2021. I was 33 years old and terrified of what was to come next. I needed a double mastectomy, and Dr. Paredes was HIGHLY recommended. From the moment I walked into their office, I felt taken care of. It’s clear that every single staff member who works there truly cares about their job and patients. Out of every doctor I had seen, Dr. Paredes sat down with me the longest, explaining everything thoroughly, going through all the steps, and answering all of our questions. I’ll never forget leaving that day, finally feeling calm and at ease about my upcoming surgery. Dr. Paredes, Lauren, his P. A., and all of his wonderful nurses completely made what would typically be a horrible situation as easy and comfortable as I think it ever could be. It’s like they held my hand and comforted me through a terrible year while simultaneously giving me the best medical care. Every single surgery, they were there with happy, positive attitudes, taking their time to explain things and answer all of our questions, and make sure I was doing well! Not to mention my phenomenal results! Dr. Paredes is a perfectionist in the best sense of the word. He is meticulous and committed to excellence! The passion he has for helping his patients and the work he is doing is evident. The results speak for themselves! Going though breast cancer treatments you wonder if you’ll ever feel or look normal again. But my breast are now better than before my double mastectomy. (And I had great natural breasts) It’s rare to find a woman who comes out of breast cancer and a double mastectomy better than she started. But the only ones I’ve ever heard that have are also his patients. I know I did, thanks to Dr. Paredes. There is no one else I would trust with my care. I hit the jackpot having him as my doctor, and I am immensely grateful to him and his entire team!

I had a great experience with Dr. Paredes! I could not recommend anyone any better!! He did an excellent job on my surgery, he was very knowledgeable and took any concerns before surgery and helped ease my mind! Then my aftercare was amazing! Every little thing that I was concerned about they would speak to me over the phone and get me in to make sure it was okay! My results are amazing!! Definitely 10 out of 10!!

I got my breast enlargement done in Late November 2021 and am amazed with Dr. Paredes work. Thanks to him, I was able to make a clear decision on what size and type of implant would be best for my goals. I absolutely love how my breast turned out. They look and feel natural, and my scars are completely gone. Each appointment I felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff as well. I waited almost a year to submit a review due to me forgetting to do it but I’m glad I did because I can show proof of the long term quality.
