I just want to say that Dr. DeRosier, APRN Brittany, are the greatest and took good care of me during the outpatient surgery at the hospital plus the post surgery visits in their office have been great too along with nurses Robin and Lisa's care. I have been going to The SPA at SPS for over ten years and the Botox and facial experiences are unmatched! The staff is wonderful and equipped with the best training with the bonus of 3 plastic surgeons on sight. Big thanks to Dr. Kirbo who has always been available when I have had specific concerns about my treatment and needed his consultation. I have loved working with an expert injector, Kristin and I recently saw another injector, Jordan for the first time and she was fabulous. I was very happy with her Botox and SkinVive treatment. Jordan could not have been more attentive, knowledgeable and thorough. I also received a Radiant Renewal Facial with dermaplaning from Kris and it was out of this world. Kris’s facial was luxurious, rejuvenating and healing to mind, body and soul. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep and awoke feeling fully blissed and pampered. This was my first visit using the ZO products and I am so excited to take home a bag full of them. Dr. Kirbo performed my surgery on 12/13/24. I had a follow-up visit today, on 12/17/24, and I was extremely pleased with the results. I researched everything I could on him and I was not disappointed. He is very meticulous and a genius in his profession. Mine was not an easy case. From my first meeting with him I knew he was the right doctor for my situation. He was very transparent in explaining the procedure and what to expect afterwards. He exudes confidence and not arrogance. His staff is very caring, knowledgeable and very professional. Dr. Kirbo nor his staff made me feel like just another patient. Everything they did assured me that I was in good hands all the way and that they cared about my wellbeing. They expressed that they would be with me from start to finish and beyond. I just had surgery with Dr. Kirbo. This office is fantastic. From the moment I emailed to find out about the surgery options to the day of surgery everyone has been so attentive and made me feel important. I was so nervous and sent many emails and text asking questions. Rebecca always responded promptly to calm my nerves and reassure me. Dr. Kirbo's nurse Adrienne was amazing. I love her. I am so glad I chose this office.
