Took my babies here for a check on these bumps my son had. She knew right away what it was offered a treatment right away was fast and efficient and didn’t bead around a bush! I love the fast solution and the girls in the front were so nice and even gave my baby candy and coloring stuff to keep him busy. Will be back for a check up in 3 weeks I love a fast doctor especially with two kids as a mom it makes my life easier and her assistants were good too they helped me hold one of them down for the quick procedure ! Will recommend will advise if your insurance requires prior authorization make sure you have it ready ! Thank you again doctor hecker !

Going in to the office, the staff is usually nice , but calling the actual office, I don’t know if it’s a call center or what but they are rude as hell. Sounds like an older woman who answers. Just rude for no damn reason. Just for that I rather switch doctors.. Update : 01/29/25 In response to the “Doctor” how can I not be a patient if I were calling to update my insurance ? And how was I “never” a patient if you had someone call me to tell me you dismissed me as a patient?? So now we lie to make our company look good huh?? You make no sense !!! how do you NOT know your patients???? Matter of fact you do not know me because I never saw you, I saw your PA every time at the Tamarac office , you were never there even tho you were supposed to be my doctor and even tho YOUR name is on my prescriptions. So your staff is forging scripts too !! So yes you do deserve 2 stars which I’m now changing to 1 star, wish I could give it zero if I could. Your receptionist was rude as hell when called and so are you. Ya’ll are beyond unprofessional , I’m not the first nor the last to complain about this practice !

I leave in Hollywood Boulevard and My Wife asked me to go there, I said it’s too far away then she says don’t matter just try and let me know if is worth it or not. Excellent service , everyone is very professional. 3 people including the doctor was taking care of me. I felt like I was the president of United States in one of their room. They we’re done in 20 minutes top. I recommend it they are the best.

I have had the pleasure of having David Hecker as my Dermatologist for over 20 years. He is incredible. I have many issues with Psoriasis and his treatments have honestly changed my life. He takes care of my wife as well as my children That staff is accommodating and friendly. If you are looking for a Brilliant doctor who cares and is patient David is the choice.

I went to this office because my daughter had cradle cap. The service from the doctor was great. Now its been a couple months and her scalp is getting dry again so I called the office on Thursday for a refill. While I was ordering the prescription she’s talking to 2 other people in her background while she’s talking to me and not even telling me to hold on!! Then she said no later than Friday it would go to Walgreens. Now I went to Walgreens on Friday and its no where in the system. I called twice on Monday to see what happened and no response, no call back and I cant leave a message. I called back 5 times today to see where her prescription is at and still nothing! So I dont know what the receptionists are doing but its not work!!
