Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

This practice used to be under Steven Proper M.D. but has since changed and become corporate as many medical offices have done. The level of care goes down. I had been seeing the nurse practitioner/ Physician assistant (can’t remember her qualifications) as she was okay. Effective/fairly thorough when working under Proper but last few times more rushed. I think medical professionals under much stress themselves with insurance companies etc. I don’t think I’ll use this office again since seems more cosmetic now. I do agree office staff isn’t up to par. Even responses to low reviews are AI Generated. So if you have true skin issues see a single practice M. D.

Absolutely ridiculous. I booked my appointment at the university point location which is a lot closer and convenient to where I live , and they’re sending me 25 min away from my house to a whole different location. On top of that I booked my appointment for a DOCTOR, not an aesthetician, and I called to confirm and they tell me the doctor left and you’d have to see an aesthetician. Gtfo my face!!! I see my aesthetician already and that’s not my concern nor reason for booking the damn appointment.

I would avoid this place at all costs! While the doctor was just fine, front office was a train wreck and overcharged on our copay. I’ve reached out multiple times asking for an itemized receipt which day of appointment they could not provide me, and have been ignored. Just received my EOB from my insurance company which proves we were incorrectly charged in office. The fact that they couldn’t provide a receipt when asked and now refuse to respond to my inquiries is complete shady business.

Time for annual check up very professional and caring. Let you go home feeling comfortable, safe and satisfied.

They don't deserve one star should be a negative they made my wife from having perfect skin to not so nice she needed nothing done and that women talked her in to a very expensive laser which she said hurt and now she is s.o.l don't do laser therapy it will ruin you
